Crucially, SERMAN is not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or any form of harm caused by the operation, malfunction, or any action of a rented bot. The legal and financial responsibility for any such incidents rests exclusively with the bot's manufacturer and/or the bot's owner. By using our service, you explicitly agree not to hold SERMAN liable for any claims related to bot performance or damages.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to provide accurate information, use the service responsibly, and comply with all applicable laws. Bot owners are responsible for maintaining their bots and ensuring they are safe for operation.
